Great Receipe's

With any weight loss regiment you need a good diet. High fiber and whole grains are good for me.  As a past chef (eyons ago) I learned how to prepare delicious meals that anyone will eat which are low calorie and full of flavor.  I will post a few receipe's that my family uses as well as links to other sites and I would love to have you share your receipe's as well.  Look for my first receipe in September.  ~Qadirah~
